Shipping costs

Shipping is possible to the following countries:

Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal and Switzerland

Shipping is carried out by our premium partner DHL. 

Shipping within Germany costs 5.99 EUR. Shipping within the EU costs 12.99 EUR. Shipping to Switzerland costs 18.00 EUR. 

We want to protect our environment by making our packaging and shipping materials as sustainable as possible. The shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. 

 

Delivery time

We endeavor to process all orders as quickly as possible. As a rule, goods available for immediate delivery are dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but no more than five days a week. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. 

The delivery time within Germany is approx. 7 to 10 working days after receipt of payment. Delivery to post office boxes is excluded.

The period for delivery shall commence on the day on which the payment is received by the remitting bank and shall end at the end of the last day of the payment period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day. 

If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment as a whole.
